RALPH works wherever you already do.

RALPH runs in the browser and on your phone, and reaches the tools your operation already uses. Talk to Ralph in Slack, WhatsApp, Claude or ChatGPT; see bookings in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar; invoice through your billing and accounting tools, such as Xero; and build on the same open API and MCP server Ralph uses. Each works from the same live record, and the calendars show it read-only.

One booking, three places: a chat with Ralph, a calendar and the API, all reading the same live record.

How it works

  1. Connect. Add RALPH as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT, subscribe to your bookings from your calendar, or connect your accounting tool (Xero today). You sign in as yourself and choose your organisation.
  2. Work where you are. A booking made in WhatsApp is on the schedule at once, and one made on the schedule is in the calendar and the API. There’s one record, not copies kept in step.
  3. Stay in control. Each connection to Ralph acts as the person who made it, with their permissions, in one organisation, and can be disconnected at any time. Calendar links are private addresses you can replace or switch off whenever you like.

Questions, answered

Which calendars does RALPH work with?
Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar, through a private subscription link for your own bookings or, for staff, the whole organisation's. The calendar is a view, not a second copy to edit, and each link can be replaced or switched off at any time.
How do I use Ralph in Claude or ChatGPT?
Add RALPH as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT, sign in, and choose the organisation it acts in. From then on, ask as you would anyone else.
Is there an API?
Yes. RALPH has an open REST API and an MCP server, the same ones Ralph uses, so anything you can do in RALPH you can build on.
How does billing work?
RALPH prices flights from your rates and raises the invoices in your billing and accounting tools, such as Xero. There's no separate accounting system to keep.
What can a connection see?
A connection in Claude or ChatGPT acts as the person who set it up, with their permissions, in the one organisation they chose, and can be disconnected at any time. A calendar link is different. It works for anyone who has it, showing the bookings it was made for. Keep it private, and replace or switch it off when it's no longer needed.
