Terms of use
Last updated: 1 October 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses RALPH: its app, its API, its MCP server and the connections that let an AI assistant or an agent act for you. By signing in or using RALPH, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use RALPH.
RALPH is provided by Agnelli Ltd (“RALPH”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under number 08128078, whose registered office is at 51 Keeling House, Claredale Street, London, E2 6PG. You can reach us at hey@ralphops.ai.
How these terms fit with others
- Your organisation’s subscription. Flight schools, clubs and other organisations subscribe to RALPH under their own subscription terms, agreed through our merchant of record once RALPH takes payments, and the data processing terms agreed with us. Those terms govern the subscription. These terms govern how each person uses RALPH, whether or not they pay for it.
- Your organisation’s rules. Your organisation decides who can use RALPH on its behalf, what they can see and do, and its own rules for bookings and flying. Your organisation can change or remove your access at any time.
- Privacy. Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data.
Who can use RALPH
You can use RALPH if an organisation on RALPH has given you access, or if you are setting one up. You must be at least 16 years old.
Your account
- You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure: anyone who can sign in to it can use RALPH as you.
- Sign out on devices you share, and end any session you don’t recognise.
- Tell us at hey@ralphops.ai if you think someone else has used your account.
AI assistants, agents and access keys
RALPH lets you connect an AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, or create an access key for an agent or script, to act for you.
- What a connected assistant or agent does with the access you give it is done as you, within the permissions you granted. You are responsible for it as if you had done it yourself. A key your organisation creates to act for you is your organisation’s responsibility.
- Give each connection only the permissions it needs, keep access keys secret, and revoke any key you no longer use or think may have been exposed. If a connected app’s access may have been exposed, tell us at hey@ralphops.ai.
- RALPH’s own servers call no AI model. An assistant you connect runs under your account with its provider, and that provider’s terms apply to it. AI assistants make mistakes: check what they propose before you rely on it.
Using RALPH properly
When you use RALPH, you must not:
- break the law, or use RALPH to harm anyone;
- try to reach data or organisations you haven’t been given access to, or get around RALPH’s permissions or security;
- interfere with RALPH, overload it, or test its security without our written permission;
- copy, resell or build a competing service from RALPH, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows;
- put into RALPH anything you have no right to put there, or that is malicious.
Please report any security issue you find to hey@ralphops.ai.
Flying remains your responsibility
RALPH helps organisations plan bookings, track aircraft and record flights, and it can check a booking against the rules an organisation sets up. It is a planning tool.
RALPH does not decide whether an aircraft is airworthy, whether a pilot is qualified, current or fit to fly, or whether a flight is safe or lawful. Those decisions stay with the pilot in command, the operator and your organisation, under the rules that apply to them. RALPH’s checks are only as good as the rules and records your organisation keeps in it, so don’t rely on RALPH alone for any of these.
Your organisation’s records
The bookings, people, aircraft, flights and other records your organisation keeps in RALPH belong to your organisation. We use them only to provide RALPH to your organisation, on its instructions and under the terms agreed with it. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
Our service
- We work to keep RALPH available and secure, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.
- We keep improving RALPH, which means features may change. We won’t remove something your organisation relies on without reasonable notice where we can give it.
- RALPH, its software, name and design belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use RALPH as they describe, and no other rights in it.
Suspending or ending access
You can stop using RALPH at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your organisation asks us to or its subscription ends, or if we need to protect RALPH, its users or others. Where we reasonably can, we’ll tell you first.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that:
- our total liability to you under or in connection with these terms or RALPH is limited to the greater of £100 and the amount paid for RALPH, by you or by your organisation for its subscription, in the 12 months before the claim;
- if you use RALPH for your organisation or your business, and subject to the terms of your organisation’s subscription, RALPH is provided “as is”, we give no promise about it that these terms don’t state, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, or for any indirect loss.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top, and tell you in advance of any significant change. If you keep using RALPH after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws where you live, and you can also bring a claim in the courts there.
