# Ready for the regulator, any day.

RALPH keeps what an inspector asks to see in order as you work: training records, your controlled documents and their versions, and duty and flight time against your limits. Because it's all on the same record as the flying, there's nothing to gather up before an audit. When the CAA or your national authority asks, export it, ready to send.

*Compliance at a glance: the operations manual approved at version 12, the DTO annual review pack ready to send, and duty and flight time within limits.*

## How it works

1. **Work as usual.** Lessons, flights, duty and documents are recorded as they happen, on the same record as everything else.
2. **See what's ready.** Compliance shows what's in order and what needs attention, from a document awaiting approval to someone near their limits.
3. **Export on request.** When the authority asks, export the records it wants, ready to send.

## Questions, answered

### Which authorities does RALPH work with?

The UK CAA and national authorities across Europe. The records are kept to the same standard wherever you are, and exports are laid out for the authority you report to.

### What's document control?

Your operations manual and other controlled documents, each with its versions, who approved them and when, and who has read the latest. RALPH keeps the history, so the version in force on any date has an answer.

### How are duty and flight-time limits checked?

RALPH adds up each person's duty and flight time from the schedule and the flight records, against the limits you set. Your rules can check a booking would keep someone within them before it's made.

### Is RALPH suitable for an ATO or a DTO?

Yes. Training records, the syllabus each student follows, and the reviews a DTO sends each year are kept complete and ready to export.
